Breaking News:  Florida Medical Marijuana Card Scam

We have been getting phone calls from multiple patients complaining of deceptive business practices by our competitors.  One of the most recent issues they reported to us happened after they scheduled and paid $50 for a telephone visit to obtain their Medical Marijuana card with the doctor.  From what we are being told, directly after their telephone visit, they receive a message of approval from the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry, and they head to their nearest Medical Marijuana dispensary only to be told that there are no orders placed for the individual.  Naturally, they are upset and call the doctor immediately, where they are told they now need to schedule a $199 Medical Marijuana evaluation in person before they can get a Medical Marijuana card.  The biggest upset for the patient is that the doctor only has appointments available up to six weeks out.  This delays their ability to medicate, further hurting the patient and leaving them untreated.

Please note that Florida does not allow Medical Marijuana recommendations to patients via telemedicine.  Do not allow yourself to become a victim of deceptive businesses like this.
