What You’ll Do:
– Provide compassionate, top-notch customer service to our patients
– Assist with day-to-day office tasks like answering phones, filing, and data entry
– Help schedule patient follow-ups with warmth and professionalism
– Keep our space clean, calm, and organized
What We’re Looking For:
– You speak English and basic Spanish
– You communicate clearly and kindly
– You’re comfortable with Apple + Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– You’re organized, independent, and a natural multitasker
– Full Time or 3 Days a Week – 11-5pm
